Greenhouse vineyard
Agios Pavlos, Greece
In cooperation with a leading Greek winemaker, this project has been focused on studying the cultivation of wine grapes within the protected environment of a glass greenhouse, aiming at adapting viticulture to the changing climate conditions and even achieving a double harvest of grapes annually.
